- Pricefx, a Germany-based company focused on cloud pricing software, raised €23 million ($25 million) in Series B funding. Investors include Digital+ Partners, Bain & Company, and Talis Capital.
- Leavy.co, a Paris-based travel community and marketplace, raised $14 million in seed funding. Prime Ventures led the round, and was joined by investors including Dominique Vidal, partner at Index Ventures.
- Coralogix, an Israel-based provider of an ML-powered log analytics solution, raised $10 million in Series A funding. Aleph led the round, and was joined by investors including StageOne Ventures, JANVEST Capital Partners, and 2B Angels.
- Openly Inc., a Boston-based tech-enabled home insurance provider, raised $7.65 million in seed funding. Investors include Gradient Ventures, Greenlight Re, PJC, Techstars Ventures, and The Hanover Insurance Group.
- Forest Admin, a Paris-based SaaS startup providing a SaaS tool for building admin panels for web applications, raised $7 million in Series A funding. Investors include Notion Capital and Runa Capital.
- Rad AI, a Berkeley, Calif.-based startup focused on radiology technology, raised $4 million in seed funding. Gradient Ventures led the round, and was joined by investors including UP2398, Precursor Ventures, GMO Venture Partners, Array Ventures, Hike Ventures and Fifty Years VC.
HEALTH & LIFE SCIENCES DEALS
- Truvian Sciences, a San Diego, Calif.-based developer of automated diagnostic equipment which provides health test services, raised $27.1 million in Series B funding. GreatPoint Ventures led the round, and was joined by investors including DNS Capital, Tao Capital Partners, and Domain Associates.

- ClearLight Partners sold Richardson, a Philadelphia-based provider of tech-enabled, enterprise sales training solutions. The buyer was Kartesia. Financial terms weren't disclosed.
- DIF Capital Partners acquired BluEarth Renewables, a Canada-based energy platform. The seller was Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan. Financial terms weren't disclosed.
- KKR agreed to buy Novaria Group, a Fort Worth, Texas-based supplies components and specialty processes for the aerospace and defense industry, from Rosewood Private Investments and Tailwind Advisors. Financial terms weren't disclosed.
FIRMS + FUNDS
- JLL Partners, a New York City-based private equity firm invests in middle-market companies, raised more than $686 million for its eighth fund, according to an SEC filing.
